All you need is a working printer and printer paper, as well as coloring tools like crayons, colored pencils, or markers. Use whatever you like to use for coloring (or whatever you have lying around).

To what extent does this course address grief/loss?

Self-care is an issue that extends far beyond those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. While I briefly touch on why Self-care is important when someone is grieving, the rest of the focus stays on Self-care issues in general.

Do I need to be an artist to complete this course?

If you're nervous about the art part, there's no need to worry! Life isn't always pretty, so why should our therapeutic art have to be? These coloring pages make it easy to simply color in the lines. I also invite you to color outside of the lines! Enjoy the freedom to be creative- but only when you want to.
