"I never thought I could draw, but after some success with flowers, I decided to brave doing a portrait [...] Danica met with me on Zoom and guided me to improve my drawing so that it actually looks like my husband.
[Danica's] guidance gave me the tools I needed to really see what I was drawing to make it look real. I am grateful for her heart and am inspired to draw lots more!"

Everyone deserves to be remembered in a beautiful way.
Have you ever wanted to honor a passed loved one in a way that is worthy of having a prominent place on your mantel?
With this simple technique, you can learn to draw a portrait of your passed loved one.
I'll show you how to do it. All you'll need is a photograph, paper, and pencil.
99% of the world thinks they can't learn to draw.
I'm here to tell you, that's simply not true.
By the end of this course...
You'll be able to create a beautiful portrait, capturing the likeness of the person you love - a tangible piece of art that you'll be able to remember your loved one by. You'll be able to display your drawing in a prominent place, honoring your loved one's memory.
And believe me, friends and family who see it will be impressed ("You did that?") - just wait!
YOU CAN learn to make a beautiful, tangible artwork to honor your loved one.
I created this course to teach you how to do it.
How does it work?
My simple drawing technique begins with tracing (yes, that's right, tracing!) so that you have some extra help in getting the proportions right. You'll then learn to use a pencil to create shadows and texture to fill in the shapes you've traced.
No, it's not going to be perfect (that's what the photo is for, silly.) but I guarantee you will be surprised & PROUD of the high quality of the finished piece.

"Loss is so hard! I've been there. I lost my dad to a sudden heart attack when I was twelve years old. I know how it feels to want to remember and honor lost loved ones. Grief and art have always been a big part of my life, and I created Project Grief to pass on the techniques, mindsets, and resources I developed to help myself through."
"I am inspired now to try some more! Thanks for this wonderful class. I am learning so much from you!"
